Established in 2016, it has become a favorite nightlife spot in the heart of the Finger Lakes Region of New York State, a popular tourist destination conveniently situated within a 200-mile radius of Toronto, New York, and other East Coast locations.

We are situated in the historic Fairfax Building, constructed in 1885, a prime example of Beaux-Arts architecture, a popular style in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. This architectural style includes classical elements such as decorative moldings, columns, and symmetrical facades. We strive to honor this architectural significance by incorporating an outdoor patio, stage, and tasteful art selections.

Joe has studied the best experiences in the globally inspired cocktail industry and expertly found local treasures so he could continue to evolve and bring the best of what is new and craft in cocktails and special in spirits.
